Kazakhstan Railways and Belarusian Railways will also be shareholders of UTLC. The decision is subject to the further approval of the Russian government and final approval of Russian Railways' board.

UTLC is on the way:Transfer of RZDL stake approved.
Russian Railways' board has given preliminary approval for the transfer of its 50% plus two shares' stake in TransContainer to United Transportation and Logistics Co along with 100% minus one share in JSC RZD Logistics.
