The corresponding decision was made by the Board of Directors of the company. As General Director of FELB ltd., Ms. Krutonog will perform the general management of the activity and represent its interests in front of foreign partners, as well as engage in business development in the international market of logistics services.

Among the key business tasks assigned to the new head is the development and implementation of a new development strategy for the FELB group of companies, including in Europe and China.

Lilia Krutonog has extensive experience in large international holdings.

For over 12 years, she worked for Rail Cargo Group (member of ÖBB) in the field of intermodal transport.

From 2018 to 2020, she was the General Director for the Eastern direction of the ČD Cargo Group of companies (Czech Railways), where she performing comprehensive management of the development strategy of Czech Railways in the direction of Russia, the CIS countries and China. She was the authorized representative of the Czech Railways and worked in the framework of the international initiative of China "One Belt - One Road" which is targeted at improving the existing and creating new trade routes, transport and economic corridors connecting more than 60 countries of Central Asia, Europe and Africa.

In 2016-2018, she headed the branch of the Czech Railways in Poland, where she was engaged in the development of freight traffic in the border zone on the "narrow" gauge of 1435 mm.
