Multimodal transportations by accelerated trains "Agroexpress"
The Agroexpress project has been implemented since 2019 by JSC Russian Export Centre and JSC Russian Railways Logistics with the participation of interested wholesale and distribution centres and is aimed at developing exports of agricultural products from Russian producers to target countries using modern logistics technologies.
The joint product takes into account the key requirements of AIC producers for a comprehensive logistics service: cargo safety, temperature control, phytosanitary and veterinary control requirements, customs clearance, and short transport times.
Carriage is possible in refrigerated and universal containers, as well as in flexitanks.
Algorithm of using the service
- After registration or authorisation in your personal cabinet on the platform "My Export" you should select "Agroexpress" - service for delivery of products of agroindustrial complex" in the catalogue of business services.
- Fill in an electronic application, specifying the characteristics of the cargo, direction and terms of carriage, as well as, if necessary, select additional services.
- Based on the application, RZD Logistics specialists will form an offer and send it together with the invoice to the client.
- If the client is satisfied with the proposed conditions, the transport of the cargo will begin immediately after the client pays the invoice and submits the cargo for dispatch.

Before making a request, please read the standard of service provision and the offer of JSC "RZD Logistics" for the provision of transport forwarding services
The invoice is sent upon agreement of the application and readiness of JSC "RZD Logistics" to provide the service. Payment of the invoice is an acceptance of the offer.
