Selyatino, being a large agricultural hub with highly-developed infrastructure, opens new perspectives for transportation via INSTC. “Agrohub “Selyatino” has proved to be a reliable and effective platform for the enhancement of export from Moscow region and in reverse direction. We have been successfully cooperating with this terminal for several years in the framework of Agroexpress project on the route Russia-China-Russia. We have no doubts regarding the perspectives of a new route via INSTC because of the increasing role of this corridor, as well as high demand for export and import transportation of agricultural products”, – noted CEO of RZD Logistics Dmitriy Murev.
“The work of “Agrohub “Selyatino” has already resulted in the significant increase of Russian agricultural products’ shipments to China and other Asian countries. This year the terminal is expected to export more than 200 thousand tons of goods. The geography of shipments will also be expanded”, – said Deputy Head of Moscow region government Georgiy Filimonov. He added that Selyatino has very convenient logistics, which cuts the time of products’ delivery and allows regional producers to present their products on foreign counters.
