RZD Logistics has put on a regular basis its service on LCL shipments to China

Logistics service on LCL shipments from Russia to China, which has been launched by JSCo "RZD" in cooperation with JSC RZD Logistics, JSC RZD Business Asset and Belyi Rast Container Terminal, as well as in partnership with Russian export center, has become regular.

Shipments are organized from Belyi Rast station. Train with another consignment will go to Xian, from where part of goods will be delivered to final consignees in other provinces of China. In the framework of the project RZD Logistics organizes the delivery of goods on the last mile, provides the full range of services on the consolidation of cargo, organizes train departure according to schedule, provides clients’ support on the whole route to Chinese buyers.

“It is especially crucial for small and medium-sized enterprises to have a wide choice of affordable and high-quality logistics services in Russia-China direction. Initially this new joint project with our company’s participation was designed for consignors from North-Western, Central and Volga Federal Districts, but we are convinced that gradually other regions of our country will join shipments. The service has been developed for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, as well as different types of cargo”, – noted the director of container logistics of RZD Logistics Alexander Sivertsev.
