RZD Logistics launched additional route of "Export express" for small and medium enterprises

RZD Logistics has expanded the route map for the delivery of small consignments and put on a regular basis export railway shipments across the border point Grodekovo- Suefenhe. This route complies the main one that goes from Bely Rast station to Xian across Zabaykalsk border crossing.

The project offers the service of railway transportation to free economic zone Suefenhe, as well as the opportunity to deliver cargo to final consumers in China.

The launch of additional route allows to significantly expand the list of goods accepted for transportation by adding temperature-sensitive cargoes that must be delivered in autonomous refrigerated containers. It also expands the geography of service, giving exporters the opportunities to deliver cargo to North China with minimum expenses. In general, today nearly all types of cargoes are accepted for transportation (except for dangerous cargo, precious metals, etc.).

“Export express for small and medium enterprises” is a service for the delivery of assembled cargo in accelerated container trains that was worked out by OJSC Russian Railways in cooperation with its subsidiaries: JSC RZD Logistics, RZD Business Asset, TLC Bely Rast and Russian export center.
