The sole executive body, the General Director, manages the day-to-day operations of the Company in order to ensure its profitability and competitiveness, financial and economic sustainability, and to secure the rights of the Company's shareholders.
The Chief Executive Officer acts within his/her competence as set out in the Company's Charter of Association and is accountable to the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders.
