The Company ensures equal and fair treatment of shareholders in exercising their right to participate in the management of the Company and to receive a share of the Company's profits.
The procedure of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company is regulated by the Regulation on the Procedure of Preparation and Holding of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
